Premiere Tan’s Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, is a 40-minute session that provides Full Spectrum Infrared Heaters, Chromo-therapy, Red-light Therapy, and optional Halo Salt-Therapy. The benefits to Infrared Sauna can include skin health, anti-aging, pain relief, detoxification, weight loss, increasing metabolism, and complete relaxation.

What do Full Spectrum Infrared Heaters do? Full Spectrum Infrared Heaters are high output with near, mid, and far infrared that use light to heat your body instead of heating the air around you. Infrared can rejuvenate your skin, aiding in wound healing, increasing circulation, repairing injuries, decreasing fat cells, releasing toxins, and stimulating metabolism, boost your immunity, and burn calories.

What does Chromo-therapy do? Chromo-therapy is the science of using wavelengths of color light to affect your body and mind for overall improved health and happiness.
